To ensure law and order and safeguard the lives and property of devotees during the 283rd annual Urs of Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai (RA), the district administration has imposed Section 144 in Bhit Shah town of Matiari district, banning the public display of weapons.
Weapon display banned during Urs celebrations in Bhit Shah

HYDERABAD, Jul 20 (APP):To ensure law and order and safeguard the lives and property of devotees during the 283rd annual Urs of Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai (RA), the district administration has imposed Section 144 in Bhit Shah town of Matiari district, banning the public display of weapons.
According to an official notification, issued on the recommendation of the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police, Hyderabad Range, the display of all types of weapons will remain strictly prohibited in Bhit Shah from 13 to 16 Safar 1448 Hijri during the Urs celebrations.
The notification further stated that within the limits of Bhit Shah, police officers of the rank of Inspector or above have been authorized to initiate legal proceedings against violators of Section 144 by registering written complaints under Section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
