QUETTA, Jul 18 (APP): The Balochistan government and the protest committee concluded successful negotiations, leading to the end of the sit-in. The provincial administration has finalized all arrangements for the dignified transfer of the martyrs’ bodies to their native district of Ziarat.
Aide to the Chief Minister on Media and Political Affairs, Shahid Rind, said that Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti directed special measures to ensure the respectful relocation of the martyrs.
He confirmed that ambulances have been arranged and the transfer process to Ziarat will begin shortly, with full security and logistical support in place.
Shahid Rind emphasized that the talks between the government and the protest committee were held in a cordial atmosphere, resulting in consensus on all matters.
He noted that the provincial government has already begun implementing the points agreed upon in the settlement.
He further remarked that the sacrifices of the martyrs are a source of pride for the entire nation.
The Balochistan government, he said, stands firmly with the families of the martyrs in their grief and remains committed to addressing their concerns, ensuring their dignity, and supporting their welfare through all possible measures.
