Strategy being devised to facilitate special people: CM

LAHORE, Dec 02 (APP):Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar said in his message on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities that the purpose of observing the day is to devise a comprehensive strategy in order to make the disabled persons useful citizen.
