IESCO notifies power suspension programme

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Friday issued a power suspension programme for Saturday in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work. 

ISLAMABAD, Jul 17 (APP): The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Friday issued a power suspension programme for Saturday in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, in Islamabad Circle, electricity supply will remain suspended from 5 am to 10 am,  Tramri, Lehtrar, ISI,  Chattha, Rehara, feeders. In Rawalpindi City Circle, power supply will remain suspended from 06:30 am to 02:00 pm, Chairing Cross, Millatabad, Askari-XI feeders.
Similarly, in Attock Circle, electricity supply will remain suspend from 6 am to 10 am, Fawara Chowk, Feeder. In Jhelum Circle, power will remain suspended from 6 am to 10 am, Saeela, Karyala, Metro City, Grand City, Bolani, feeders. In Chakwal  Circle, from 6 am to 10 am,  Khanpur, Jhand Khan Zada, Feeders.
In GSO Circle, power supply will remain suspended from 5 am to 7 am, Mumtaz, Potohar, Banni, M. Steel Mill, Inter School, SH Steel, Capital Steel, New PTN, Muhammadi, Ameen Town, I-10/1, Faisal Floor, Noor Floor, Exchange, I-10 sector, Furnace, KH.S.Syed, P.T.N, United Steel, PTV-2, Industrial-1, Katarian, Warid, Holy Family, New United, M. Hussain, Industrial-2, Fazal Steel, MG Steel Mill, Itehad Steel, Industrial-3, EVC-II, from 06:30 am to 05:00 pm, RA Bazar, AWT, Mall Road, AFIC, Tench Bhatta, MH-3, Qasim Market, CMH-1, CMH_2, Sprint Mall, Kiyani Road, Army Flats, MH-1, MH-2, Zeeshan Colony, Haider road, NLC, Canning Road, Hospital Road, NIASR, New GHQ, from 08:00 am to 01:00 pm, 200KV Burhan Tarbela Circuit-II alongwith Bubar-I, from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm, 132kv AWC HMC Taxila and 132KV Sangjani-Burhan,  from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, 132KV Kahuta City- Palandri, 132KV New Wah-Bahtermore along with related earth switch, and surrounding areas.
IESCO apologized to consumers for the temporary inconvenience and said electricity supply would be restored before the scheduled time if the maintenance work was completed earlier than expected.
