DC South Waziristan Upper Reaffirms Open-Door Policy for Public Grievance Redressal

Residents of  South Waziristan Upper continued to approach the Deputy Commissioner’s Office to present their grievances and administrative issues under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s public service agenda and the open-door policy introduced by Deputy Commissioner Irfan Ali Khan.

‘DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Jul 17 (APP): Residents of  South Waziristan Upper continued to approach the Deputy Commissioner’s Office to present their grievances and administrative issues under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s public service agenda and the open-door policy introduced by Deputy Commissioner Irfan Ali Khan. According to the administration, during the meetings, Deputy Commissioner Irfan Ali Khan listened to the complaints of residents and directed the concerned departments to address the issues promptly in accordance with the law. Speaking on the occasion, the deputy commissioner said the district administration remains committed to ensuring transparent, timely and merit-based resolution of public complaints. He said that providing direct access to citizens was a key feature of the open-door policy, enabling residents to bring their concerns before the district administration without unnecessary hurdles.
He reiterated that the doors of the deputy commissioner’s office remained open to the public at all times and assured citizens that resolving their problems efficiently would continue to be the district administration’s top priority.
