Sarfraz Bugti hails womens’ entrepreneurship program for boosting economic empowerment

Chief Minister (CM) Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, congratulated 500 women on completing the first phase of the Balochistan Women Entrepreneurship Development Program, calling it a landmark initiative for the economic empowerment of women in the province.

In a message shared on social media, CM Bugti said that empowering women economically was among the government’s top priorities. He highlighted that under this program, women from various districts received comprehensive training in modern business skills, marketing, business planning, and digital tools, enabling them to pursue self-employment and contribute meaningfully to the provincial and national economy.
Sarfraz Bugti, emphasized that such training would not only help women achieve self-sufficiency but also strengthen their role in driving sustainable development. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to expanding the scope of similar initiatives to create more opportunities for women in skills development, entrepreneurship, and employment.
The Chief Minister, extended congratulations to Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi, Advisor to the Women Development Department, and to all the institutions and teams involved in organizing the program. He praised their efforts as commendable steps toward the empowerment of women.
Sarfraz Bugti, expressed hope that these initiatives would play a vital role in promoting economic independence, business growth, and lasting prosperity for women across Balochistan.
