Surge in dollar value, a temporary phenomenon : Faisal Vawda

ISLAMABAD, Dec 2 (APP):Minister for Water Resources Faisal Vawda has indicated that surge in dollar price was a temporary phenomenon which will hopefully be under control shortly.
