RAWALPINDI, Jul 12 (APP): Following the directives of City Police Officer (CPO) Hassan Mushtaq Sukhaira, Rawalpindi Police has implemented comprehensive security arrangements at churches across the city to ensure the protection of worshippers and maintain law and order.
Senior police officers are present in the field to supervise security measures, while entry into churches is being allowed only after complete body searches to ensure effective security.
City Police Officer CPO Hassan Mushtaq Sukhaira said that all available resources are being utilized to protect the rights of minorities and maintain peace and security.
He directed police personnel to ensure the safety of citizens visiting churches for worship and to treat them with respect and courtesy.
The CPO emphasized that ensuring a secure environment for all communities remains a top priority, and necessary measures are being taken to safeguard public safety and prevent any untoward incidents.
