The Pakistan Cricket Test squad’s training camp at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium entered its third day as part of preparations for the upcoming tour of the West Indies.

ISLAMABAD, Jul 11 (APP): The Pakistan Cricket Test squad’s training camp at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium entered its third day as part of preparations for the upcoming tour of the West Indies.
On Saturday, players took part in the second day of a scenario-based match. Prior to the start of play, the coaching staff conducted fielding drills with the squad, said a statement issued here.
During the scenario match, bowlers were being made to bowl spells under different match situations to simulate various conditions.
All players in the squad have also been given the opportunity to bat in different pairings across both days of the match.
The Pakistan team will have a rest day on Sunday. The Pakistan Test squad would depart from Islamabad for the West Indies on July 13.
During the tour, Pakistan would play a four-day practice match in the West Indies from July 18 to 21.
The two-match ICC World Test Championship series between Pakistan and the West Indies was being scheduled from July 25 to August 10 at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba and the Queen’s Park Oval in Port of Spain.
