An official told APP on Wednesday that the meeting focused on improving record management, ensuring timely disposal of security-related work and strengthening administrative efficiency.
DIG Umar conducted a detailed review of security documentation and official record-keeping, stressing the importance of maintaining accurate and updated records.
Rana Umar directed all Muharrars to complete security-related assignments within the prescribed timeframe, maintain proper documentation and perform their responsibilities with dedication, professionalism and due diligence.
He emphasized that efficient record management and timely completion of official work were essential for ensuring effective security management and enhancing the overall performance of Islamabad Police, the official added.
