Elderly motorcyclist killed

MULTAN, Jul 06 (APP): An elderly man was killed in a road accident on Basti Shah Hussain road on Monday.

Rescue-1122 said that Ashiq Muhammad,73, s/o Rajab Ali was travelling on motorcycle when he collided with a dumper truck while overtaking.Consequently,he suffered severe head injury and died on the spot.

The body was handed over to the heirs by the police.

Further investigation was underway.
