ISLAMABAD, Nov 27 (APP):The government of Pakistan has decided to abolish the condition of National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) for outgoing manpower from the country, spokesperson of Ministry of Overseas Pakistani Tuesday said.
