Governor assures for provision of compensation to shopkeepers of Prince Road

QUETTA, Jul 03 (APP): Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhel on Friday assured that the shopkeepers of Prince Road Plaza in Quetta would be provided with all possible compensation for the losses caused by the fire because the protection and support of its citizens is the first responsibility of the government.

He expressed these views while talking to delegations led by Senator Hafiz Ahmad Ullah of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, Senator Jan Muhammad Buledi of the National Party and Coordinator of Prime Minister’s Affairs Balochistan Haider Khan Achakzai at the Governor House, Quetta.

The Governor said that due to its geographical location, our province is sometimes prone to natural disasters, terrorist attacks, traffic accidents and fire incidents, the government would not leave its people alone in any difficult time.

He said that the compensation provided by the government for the loss of life and property in incidents like terrorist attacks or fire in the plaza helps the victims to regain their feet.

Talking to Senator Jan Buledi, he said that it is a matter of pride and satisfaction that the performance of the three universities of Makran Division has improved significantly and the graduates graduating from them would actively participate in the prosperity and development of the country and the province.

On which Senator Jan Buledi appreciated the vision of Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhel and the efforts of his entire team.

Later, Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhel addressed the Prime Minister of Pakistan Health Affairs Balochistan Coordinator Haider Khan Achakzai and said that the youth of Balochistan are suffering from various problems due to severe poverty and unemployment, you have the responsibility to play your part for their better future.  He said that a single person could not do anything, so we would reach many new heights with our work.
