MUZAFFARGARH, Jul 3 (APP): The police arrested three suspects allegedly involved in a series of theft and robbery cases and recovered cash, stolen property and weapons during an operation, the police sources said on Friday.
According to police, Station House Officer (SHO), Saddar Police Station, Muhammad Hisham in Layyah led a team in operations targeting suspected criminal elements.
The three suspects, identified as Khizar Abbas, Yasir Bashir and Amir, were taken into custody.
The police said officers recovered a motorcycle, livestock, mobile phones, cash worth Rs 500,000 and three pistols allegedly used in the crimes.
The suspects are alleged to have been involved in 19 cases of theft and robbery.
The police said further investigations were underway.
