FAISALABAD, Jul 02 (APP): An European Union (EU) delegation visited the Customer Relations Centre (CRC) at WASA Head Office here Thursday and reviewed the steps taken to register public complaints and resolve them.
Deputy Director CRC Muhammad Amin Dogar gave a detailed briefing to the delegation about the working performance of the customer relations center, which he appreciated.
Deputy Managing Director Admin Shoaib Rashid, Deputy Managing Director Engineering Shoaib Zia, Deputy Directors Tasawar Hussain, Sanwal Malik were also present.
Deputy Director Muhammad Amin Dogar said that complaints are registered in the CRC under WASA’s free helpline 1334, online complaint management system and referred to the field staff for their resolution.
Similarly, a record of complaints from other forums including CM Portal, WASA Punjab Portal, Deputy Commissioner Portal and their timely resolution is also being compiled.
