ISLAMABAD, Nov 26 (APP):President Dr. Arif Alvi Monday conferred Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military) on Rear Admiral (PILOT) Saeed Bin Hamdan Bin Mohammed Al Nehyan Commander, UAE Naval Forces in a special investiture ceremony held here at Aiwan-e-Sadr.
