SARGODHA, Jul 01 (APP): An Additional Sessions Judge Sargodha on Wednesday sentenced a child rapist to life imprisonment after convicting him in a case registered under FIR No. 637/25 at Bhagtanwala Police Station under Section 376.
According to the prosecution, the convict, Ali Akber, sexually assaulted a three-year-old boy. After hearing the evidence, the court awarded the convict life imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs. 300,000. The court ordered that the fine be paid in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
