DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Jul 01 (APP): A man was shot dead by unidentified assailants near Qureshi Morr, close to Daal-Mill. According to the Rescue 1122 spokesman, the Rescue 1122 control room received a report of a bullet injury emergency from the area, prompting a rescue team along with an ambulance to rush to the scene.
Upon arrival, rescuers found that the victim, identified as Muhammad Faisal son of Ghulam Yaseen, a resident of Muryali, had already succumbed to his injuries after being shot by unidentified armed men.
The Rescue 1122 team shifted the body to DHQ Hospital Dera Ismail Khan for legal formalities.
The police have launched an investigation to trace the attackers. The motive behind the killing could not be ascertained yet.
