Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Mehak Fatima on Tuesday conducted a surprise visit to Shahzad Town Police Station to inspect policing standards, operational preparedness and record management.

ISLAMABAD, Jun 30 (APP): Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Mehak Fatima on Tuesday conducted a surprise visit to Shahzad Town Police Station to inspect policing standards, operational preparedness and record management.
An official told APP on Tuesday that the ASP reviewed the police station daily diary, lock-up, record room and malkhana (store room), besides inspecting the duties and attendance of police officers and personnel.
Mehak Fatima examined the overall functioning of the police station and assessed the condition of official records and facilities.
The ASP issued necessary directions to the staff for further improvement in police performance, record maintenance and public service delivery.

She directed officers to perform their duties with professionalism, maintain discipline and ensure that all official procedures were carried out in accordance with the prescribed rules and standards.
The official said Islamabad Police continued to conduct regular inspections of police stations to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen accountability and improve service delivery to the public.
