Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has announced the official match schedule for the Prime Minister National Women’s Under-21 Hockey Championship 2026, commencing from Thursday at Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium, Islamabad.

ISLAMABAD, Jun 30 (APP): Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has announced the official match schedule for the Prime Minister National Women’s Under-21 Hockey Championship 2026, commencing from Thursday at Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium, Islamabad.
Sponsored by Alaska Batteries, PTCL, and PARCO, the eight-day championship will feature 13 teams divided into four pools.
The PHF said match timings had been revised due to the ongoing heatwave and extreme weather conditions across the country, with the updated schedule to be issued after consultation with team managers.
Pool A comprises Punjab-A, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Star Women Academy-B; Pool B includes KPK-A, Sindh-B, Mardan, and AJK; Pool C consists of Sindh-A, KPK-B and Islamabad; while Pool D features Punjab-B, Star Academy-A and Olympian Zakir Academy.
In the opening match, Mardan will take on AJK. Other fixtures on the opening day include Gilgit-Baltistan versus Star Academy-B, KPK-A against Sindh-B and Punjab-B facing Star Academy-A.
Pool matches will continue until July 6, followed by a rest day on July 7. The semifinals will be played on July 8, while the final and the third-place playoff are scheduled for July 9.
The PHF has also outlined the appeals and protest procedure for the tournament, allowing team managers to file formal protests within the stipulated time, supported by documentary evidence and the prescribed fee, which will be refunded if the protest is upheld.
