Federal Ombudsman addresses issue of fake title of petitioner land in Quetta

QUETTA, Jun 29 (APP):Federal Ombudsman Regional Office Quetta provided justice to a petitioner and addressed the issue of fake title of his land after giving a decision on Monday.

Earlier, the petitioner Maulvi Abdul Karim said that he was given a fake title of his land, therefore, to seek justice, he also approached the Federal Ombudsman Regional Office Quetta and filed a petition against the concerned department.

As soon as the petition was received, the Federal Ombudsman Regional Office Quetta started a timely inquiry and summoned the concerned department and started an immediate hearing of the case.

 During the hearing, the concerned department could not give any satisfactory answer.

Therefore, the Federal Ombudsman issued orders that the original title of the petitioner’s land would be provided immediately.

As soon as the orders were received, the concerned department provided the petitioner with the original title of his land.

The petitioner thanked the Federal Ombudsman for this timely and fair decision.
