SARGODHA, Jun 29 (APP):Commissioner and Chairman Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE)
Sargodha Hafiz Shaukat Ali chaired a meeting of the Board of Governors on Monday
and approved the annual budget for 2026–27.
According to the BISE Sargodha spokesperson here, the meeting reviewed the proposed
budget in detail and discussed the Board’s financial, administrative and development
priorities for the upcoming fiscal year.
On the occasion, Secretary BISE Sargodha Abul Hasan Naqvi presented a comprehensive briefing on the proposed budget, outlining projected revenue and expenditure, examination-related activities, development projects, information technology initiatives, maintenance of buildings, improvements in the examination system, security measures and student services.
The secretary said the budget had been prepared in line with the Board’s current requirements, future needs and the efficient utilization of available financial resources.
Members of the Board of Governors examined various budget allocations and offered recommendations
aimed at strengthening transparency, modernization and administrative efficiency.
Addressing the meeting, Commissioner Hafiz Shaukat Ali emphasized that BISE Sargodha is a key educational institution responsible for the academic future of hundreds of thousands of students.
He directed the administration to ensure transparency, financial discipline, merit and accountability during the implementation of the approved budget, while completing all development projects within stipulated timelines and according to prescribed quality standards.
