Renowned lawyer Imran Matta meets Engr Amir Muqam, announces joining PMLN
PESHAWAR, Jun 28 (APP):Former General Secretary of the Peshawar High Court Bar and renowned lawyer Advocate Imran Khan Matta met with Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, and President of Pakistan Muslim League (N) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Engineer Amir Muqam at his residence in Peshawar Cantonment.
On this occasion, Advocate Imran Khan Matta formally joined the Pakistan Muslim League (N), along with his family and thousands of his supporters.
Federal Minister Engineer Amir Muqam welcomed Advocate Imran Khan Matta into the party by presenting him with the party cap, congratulated him on joining the PML-N, and extended a warm welcome.
Engineer Amir Muqam paid tribute to the legal community, stating that lawyers have always played a pivotal role in promoting the supremacy of the Constitution and the rule of law.
Speaking on the occasion, Advocate Imran Khan Matta expressed his complete confidence in the leadership of the Pakistan Muslim League (N).
He said that under the leadership of PMLN President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, and Engineer Amir Muqam, he would play a full and active role in advancing the party’s vision, manifesto, and mission of public service.
Also present at the meeting were Peshawar High Court Bar General Secretary Ashfaq Ahmad Dadozai, President of the Muslim Lawyers Forum Hidayatullah Khan, General Secretary Akbar Yousaf Khan, and other office-bearers of the Muslim Lawyers Forum.
