Commissioner Rawalpindi directs RDA officers to expedite resolution of all pending matters
RAWALPINDI, Jun 27 (APP): Commissioner Rawalpindi Division and the Director General, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), Engr Aamir Khattak, chaired a review meeting in the RDA Conference Room to assess the progress of pending cases of RDA before the High Court in Rawalpindi.
During the meeting, the Commissioner Rawalpindi reviewed the status of ongoing litigation and directed the Law Officer RDA and other RDA officers to expedite the disposal of pending matters.
He emphasized the need for timely submission of replies, effective coordination among the concerned directorates, and strict compliance with court directions to ensure the prompt resolution of all pending cases.
The Commissioner Rawalpindi directed the RDA officers to closely monitor the progress of each case and take all necessary legal and administrative measures to safeguard the Authority’s interests. He stressed that all concerned officers must perform their responsibilities with dedication and ensure that no negligence causes unnecessary delays in court proceedings.
The meeting was attended by Additional Commissioner Rawalpindi Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Additional Commissioner Rawalpindi Ms. Xenia Humayun, Chief Planner RDA, Director Land RDA, Director Engineering RDA, Law Officer RDA, and other officers.
The Commissioner reiterated that RDA is committed to ensuring effective legal representation and the timely disposal of all pending court cases in accordance with the law.
