Motorcyclist killed in firing incident near Cantonment Gate

KOHAT, Jun 27 (APP): A motorcyclist was fatally wounded in a firing incident near the Jungle Khail area close to the Cantonment MP Gate on Saturday.

According to Rescue 1122 Kohat, emergency teams rushed to the scene immediately after receiving the alert and provided first aid to the injured victim. He was shifted in critical condition to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) Kohat, where doctors later confirmed his death.

The deceased was identified as Shah Zeb Shah, aged around 30, a resident of Kohat.

Rescue 1122 officials stated that timely response was ensured, but the victim succumbed to his injuries due to the severity of the wounds.
