Security alert for Friday Prayers – 10th Muharram-ul-Haram 1448 AH
LARKANA, Jun 26 (APP):On behalf of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Larkana, Ahmed Chaudhry (QPM, PSP), instructions and orders have been issued to ensure the deployment of plainclothes and uniformed police personnel at central mosques, Imam Bargahs, and surrounding areas across the district on Friday.
The SSP said for the security of worshippers, every possible measure should be taken at the level of all police stations through mutual coordination. All Sub Divisional Police Officers (SDPOs) and Station House Offciers should personally supervise the security measures at the start and conclusion of the Friday prayers.
The SSP urged strict legal and departmental action would be taken against any negligence/laxity regarding the implementation of security measures across the district. Instructions have been issued to all SDPOs across the district to remain on the road (mobile/patrolling) to monitor all security matters.
