RAWALPINDI, Jun 24 (APP):Senior health and emergency officials conducted a high-level review of medical and rescue arrangements in Murree to ensure foolproof safety during Muharram-ul-Haram.
According to the details,  CEO Health Dr. Azhar Abbasi and District Emergency Officer Rescue 1122 Engineer Kamran Rashid visited Trait and thoroughly inspected ground-level preparedness on Wednesday.
The team examined proposed medical camps, first aid points, ambulance deployment, and the overall emergency response framework. Officials finalized plans to establish dedicated medical camps for immediate healthcare access, while Rescue 1122 ambulances, trained personnel, and essential equipment will remain on maximum alert throughout the period.
“Rescue 1122 Murree is fully prepared to handle any situation with all resources readily available,” said District Emergency Officer Kamran Rashid.
CEO Health Dr. Azhar Abbasi emphasized seamless coordination between the health department and Rescue 1122, assuring the best possible medical facilities for mourners. He directed all staff to uphold the highest standards of public service and emergency response during Muharram.
