Govt to complete constitutional term without difficulty: Rana Ihsan Afzal

ISLAMABAD, Jun 24 (APP):Coordinator to the Prime Minister Rana Ihsan Afzal on Wednesday expressed confidence that the government would complete its constitutional tenure without facing any obstacles.

                     Speaking to a private television channel, he said the government was focused on delivering public welfare and providing relief to the masses despite economic challenges. Rana Ihsan Afzal said the government maintained a strong working relationship with its coalition partners, which was contributing to political stability.

                   Commenting on the role of the opposition,  he criticized Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for not performing the responsibilities of an effective opposition. He claimed that PTI leaders were not attending meetings of parliamentary standing committees. He urged the PTI to focus on issues of public interest instead of pursuing a personal agenda, stressing the importance of constructive political engagement for addressing national challenges.
