IESCO notifies power suspension programme
ISLAMABAD, Jun 19 (APP):The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Friday issued a power suspension programme for Saturday in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, in Islamabad Circle, power supply from the Ghouri Garden feeder will remain suspended from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
In Rawalpindi Cantt Circle, electricity will remain unavailable from 7:00 am to 11:00 am in areas fed by FECHS, NPF-I, NPF-II, Doctor Town, PWD-I, PWD-II, Old Rawat, New Rawat, AOWHS, Suparco, and CWO feeders, while consumers connected to New Mandra, Old Mandra, Hamid Jhangi, Hayat Sir Road and LTC feeders will face outages from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.
In Attock Circle, electricity supply will remain suspended from 6:00 am to 10:00 am in areas connected to Garhi Afghan, Pour Miana, Lala Zar, Munir Abad and Khan Abad feeders, while power outages from 7:00 am to 11:00 am will affect consumers of Attock Rural, Teen Mela and Bagh Neelab feeders.
In Jhelum Circle, electricity supply will remain suspended from 6:00 am to 10:00 am in areas fed by Karyala, Metro City, Grand City and Bolani feeders.
In Chakwal Circle, power supply will remain suspended from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm in Mureed, Al-Qaim Mills, Jamalwal, PAF and Mengan feeders, while consumers of Al-Qaim Mills feeder will face outages from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
In GSO Circle,electricity will remain suspended from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm, 132KV New Wah to POF along with related earth switch, from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, 132-KV Chakwal- Bhagwal- Talagang, 132KV Kahuta City- Palandri, 132KV New Wah-Bahtermore along with related earth switch, and surrounding areas.
IESCO management apologizes to its esteemed customers for the power outage. If the work is completed ahead of time, the power supply can be restored even before the scheduled time.
