The Controller of Annual Examinations, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Syed Ahsanullah Shah Rashdi, has declared the results of Associate Degree (AD) in Arts Part-II Annual Examination of 2024, which was conducted in December 2025.
Over 8,300 candidates cleared as SU declares AD Arts Part-II results

HYDERABAD, Jun 18 (APP): The Controller of Annual Examinations, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Syed Ahsanullah Shah Rashdi, has declared the results of Associate Degree (AD) in Arts Part-II Annual Examination of 2024, which was conducted in December 2025.
According to the announcement, the institution recorded a strong overall performance with a final pass percentage of 85.81 per cent.
Out of the total 9,742 candidates who appeared for the annual examinations, 8,360 students successfully passed. A deeper look into the passing candidates reveals that 1,642 students achieved a first-class division, a vast majority of 6,622 students secured a second-class division and 96 candidates passed with a third-class division.
On the other hand, 675 students failed the examinations, while 158 candidates remained absent.
The issued notification also highlights several administrative and disciplinary actions that have led to withheld or cancelled results.
Specifically, the results of 233 candidates have been withheld due to failures in Part I, and another 204 results are held up by the university’s Conduct Branch.
Furthermore, strict disciplinary actions resulted in the complete cancellation of all papers for 20 candidates, while 91 students had specific papers cancelled.
Interestingly, only a single candidate’s result was withheld under a designated copy case for cheating.
