BAHAWALPUR, Jun 18 (APP):Parliamentarian, renowned poet, and intellectual Syed Tabish Alwari has paid rich tribute to the Pakistan military by saying that “our armed forces made the defence of the country strongest”.
According to a press release issued here, Alwari paid tribute to the armed forces for their historic achievements and suggested that, in line with modern requirements, efforts should be made to further expand understanding, cooperation, and closeness between the nation and the military. He said this would help counter negative propaganda campaigns by adversaries.
Alwari also recalled successful past initiatives aimed at strengthening relations between the armed forces and the public, noting that such efforts should be revived and expanded in an even more effective manner.
He described Bahawalpur as a land rich in affection, respect, and loyalty, adding that its people always remember and honor those who serve with sincerity and dedication.
