Punjab IT Board holds health camp for employees

LAHORE, Jun 17 (APP): The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) organised a medical camp in collaboration with Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP) and Chughtai Lab, offering 50 per cent discount on HbA1c, 25pc discount on all pathology tests and Free Blood Sugar test with any other Lab Test.
Organised for the employees of PITB, ASTP and their families to encourage proactive healthcare and wellbeing, the camp aimed to monitor key health indicators and take timely preventive measures through these accessible and discounted testing services.
Regarding this, PITB Chairman Faisal Yousaf said that the success of the institution depends on the physical and mental health of its workforce. He added that such medical camps not only help in timely diagnosis and effective treatment of diseases but also play an important role in raising health awareness among the employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The medical camp was managed by the Communication & Coordination (C&C) Wing as a wellbeing activity under the PITB Connect 360 Program. PITB Connect 360 is a specialized program launched by the C&C Wing to help employees excel in the AI-driven, digital-first workplace while maintaining mental balance, workplace safety and online security.
