Illegal construction demolished in Nathia Gali in GDA crackdown
ABBOTTABAD, Jun 17 (APP):Following the directives of Director General Muhammad Fawad in compliance with the orders of the Abbottabad Bench of the High Court, the Galiyat Development Authority carried out a major operation against illegal constructions in Nathia Gali.
During the operation, conducted under the supervision of the Director BCA, an illegal structure was demolished while several unauthorized cabins were sealed. The action was led by Building Inspector Tauseef Ahmed, who oversaw enforcement against violations of building rules and regulations.
According to GDA officials, strict action was taken against encroachments and illegal constructions, and legal proceedings have also been initiated against the individuals involved.
The officials further stated that illegal construction activities in the Galiyat region will not be tolerated under any circumstances. They emphasized that heavy fines will be imposed on violators, and the ongoing operation will continue without discrimination to protect the natural beauty, environment, and master plan of the Galiyat region.
