MUET Jamshoro secures 3rd position in finals of Huawei ICT competition

HYDERABAD, Jun 16 (APP): Mehran University of Engineering and Technology Jamshoro has secured the third position in the finals of the Huawei ICT Competition 2025-26.

The global finals were held in Shenzhen, China from 2 to 5 June 2026, in which 25 prominent teams from different regions of the world participated.

Thus furthering its glorious tradition of achievements since 2018, this global success is a witness to the extraordinary talents, hard work and dedication of the students of Mehran University.

Mehran University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Taha Hussain Ali, along with Ms. Navera Iqbal, a student of the Department of Telecommunication Engineering, and Inamullah Brohi, a student, felicitated Muhammad Noman Khan of Sindh Agriculture University Tando Jam on achieving this prestigious global award.

Their outstanding performance is a reflection of the highest standards of technical expertise, innovation, teamwork and perseverance.
