QUETTA, Jun 16 (APP): Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) central leader Sardar Sarbuland Jogezai has hailed the recently concluded peace agreement between the United States and Iran, describing it as a major victory for diplomacy and regional stability.
In a statement, Sarbuland Jogezai said Pakistan deserves full credit for its persistent efforts to resolve tensions through peaceful means. He emphasized that the country’s balanced and responsible role has enhanced its global stature, noting that dialogue, reconciliation, and mutual respect are the only viable paths to lasting peace.
Sarbuland Jogezai welcomed the accord as a positive message for the world, strengthening hopes of reduced regional tensions. He praised Pakistan’s national leadership and diplomatic institutions for their contributions, highlighting the efforts of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, who played a constructive role in facilitating the agreement. He added that President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Field Marshal Asim Munir, and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari worked collectively to ensure the success of the peace process, which deserves international recognition.
