SUKKUR, Jun 16 (APP): The 34th Human Resource Committee of the Sindh Rural Support Organization Board (SRSO) convened at the SRSO Coordination Office here on Tuesday to assess organizational HR progress and align future strategies with institutional goals.
Chaired by Muhammad Abbass Baloch, Chairman of the HR Committee, the meeting was attended by committee members Dr. Waheed Ali Umrani and Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj.
Chief Executive Officer of the SRSO, Muhammad Dittal Kalhoro and Human Resource Manager Sajjad Ali Rajper briefed the committee on the implementation of HR policies and key human resource development initiatives undertaken across the organization. The presentation covered employee training programs, performance management systems, and measures to strengthen institutional capacity.
After reviewing progress made in recent months, the committee discussed various HR matters including staff welfare, professional development, and retention strategies.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman HR Committee Muhammad Abbass Baloch stressed the need for stronger alignment between HR policies and SRSO’s strategic objectives. “Our human resources are the backbone of SRSO’s mission to reduce poverty in rural Sindh. It is critical that our HR policies and practices reflect the organization’s core values and support our long term strategic goals,” he said.
The committee directed the HR department to incorporate its recommendations into the upcoming strategic plan and continue efforts to build a robust, values-driven HR system.
