HASSAN ABDAL, Jun 16 (APP):The Bahtar police arrested five suspects involved in an attempted murder attack on local residents following a prompt operation, the police said on Tuesday.
According to police, the incident occurred on June 12, when the suspects allegedly stopped several citizens and attacked them with axes and sticks over a dispute stemming from a minor verbal altercation. The victims sustained serious injuries .
Following the report of the incident, District Police Officer Attock, Sardar Mowarhan Khan, directed the immediate registration of a case and ordered a swift investigation.
Using modern investigative techniques and professional policing methods, the police conducted an operation and arrested five suspects identified as Muhammad Azam, Muhammad Bilal; Muhammad Yaseen.
The police registered a case against the accused and started investigation.
