LAHORE, Jun 14 (APP): The Education Authority Lahore has promoted 400 teaching and non-teaching employees from various cadres, marking the resumption of a long-delayed promotion process.
According to officials, additional employees are expected to receive promotions next month as the process continues.
Chief Executive Officer of the Education Authority Lahore, Tariq Mehmood, said that promotions had remained pending for the past three years due to various administrative reasons.
He stated that the current administration prioritized the matter to ensure employees received their due rights and career progression opportunities.
The CEO added that promotions for 400 teachers and non-teaching staff members have been completed strictly on merit and in accordance with the prescribed rules and regulations.
