ISLAMABAD, Jun 12 (APP): The Senate on Friday offered fateha for former senator, Taj Muhammad Afridi, who lost his life in a tragic traffic accident on motorway while traveling from Islamabad to Peshawar.
Senator Noor-ul-Haq Qadri led the Fateha on the request of Chairman Senate, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani.
Members of the House joined in offering fateha and prayed for eternal peace for the late former senator and strength for his bereaved family to bear the loss with patience and fortitude.
The Senate also expressed condolences with the family of the deceased and paid tribute to his services.
