Police in Chiniot have intensified their campaign against proclaimed offenders, arresting 11 wanted criminals from various parts of the district during the past 24 hours as part of an ongoing drive to curb crime and enhance public safety.

CHINIOT, Jun 10 (APP): Police in Chiniot have intensified their campaign against proclaimed offenders, arresting 11 wanted criminals from various parts of the district during the past 24 hours as part of an ongoing drive to curb crime and enhance public safety.
According to police officials, the arrests were made on Wednesday through coordinated operations carried out by special teams using a combination of human intelligence and modern technological tools. The apprehended suspects were wanted in connection with cases involving theft, property damage, and other criminal offences.
District Police Officer (DPO) Dr. Naveed Atif , while exclusively talking to APP, said the district police are pursuing a vigorous crackdown on criminal elements to ensure the protection of citizens and maintain law and order. He noted that dedicated teams have been tasked with tracing and arresting proclaimed offenders across the district.
The DPO reaffirmed the department’s commitment to bringing all wanted criminals to justice, stating that every available resource and lawful measure would be utilized to ensure the arrest of proclaimed offenders and strengthen public confidence in law enforcement agencies.
