Sargodha police, acting on the directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Sohaib Ashraf, arrested 29 proclaimed offenders (POs) and seven habitual criminals during a targeted crackdown across the district over the last 24 hours.

SARGODHA, Jun 09 (APP): Sargodha police, acting on the directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Sohaib Ashraf, arrested 29 proclaimed offenders (POs) and seven habitual criminals during a targeted crackdown across the district over the last 24 hours.
According to a police spokesperson on Tuesday, the arrested individuals included eight proclaimed offenders from Category A and 14 from Category B, along with seven habitual criminals. Legal proceedings have been initiated against all the apprehended suspects.
The DPO stated that all circle officers and Station House Officers (SHOs) were assigned special tasks to intensify search operations and patrolling within their respective jurisdictions. He emphasized that the net was being tightened around outlaws to eliminate street crime and other serious offenses from the district.
