UoS announces special supplementary examination for ADA, ADS and ADC students

SARGODHA, Jun 09 (APP):The University of Sargodha (UoS) on Tuesday announced a special supplementary examination for candidates of Associate Degree program who failed in not more than three subjects in the Second Annual Examinations 2025.
According to a notification issued by Controller of Examinations,Dr.Rehana Ilyas, the facility will only be available to candidates who appeared in the Second Annual Examinations 2025 and were declared failed in not more than three subjects,in accordance with criteria approved by the university syndicate.
No other category of candidates will be eligible to avail the special chance.
The decision was approved by the university syndicate during its 74th meeting held on June 7,2026.
The special chance has been granted to candidates enrolled in Associate Degree in Arts (ADA),Associate Degree in Science (ADS) and Associate Degree in Commerce (ADC) programs.
As per the schedule,admission forms can be submitted with a single fee up to July 3, 2026.
Forms submitted by July 8 will be accepted with a double fee, while candidates may submit forms with a triple fee until July 13,2026.
The examination fee has been fixed at Rs.7,000 per part and Rs.12,000 for the combined examination for ADA candidates.
ADS candidates will pay Rs.8,000 per part and Rs.14,000 for the combined examination,while ADC candidates will be charged Rs.6,500 for Part-I and Part-II.
The notification stated that admission forms must be submitted online through the university’s examination portal.
Candidates will also be required to submit a signed hard copy of the admission form, paid fee challan and other relevant documents to the Controller of Examinations Office within the stipulated deadlines.
The university announced that the special supplementary examinations will commence from September 22, 2026.
Candidates have been advised to regularly visit the university website for roll number slips and date sheets as hard copies of roll number slips will not be dispatched.
The examination branch has also clarified that manual admission forms will not be accepted under any circumstances.
