PESHAWAR, Jun 05 (APP): Attique Ur Rahman of Qurtuba University has successfully defended his PhD research thesis titled “The Impact of High Performance Work System on Employee Work Performance: Mediation Moderation Model” here Friday.
The research was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Imran, Associate Professor, and was presented before the University’s thesis defense committee on June 23, 2026.
Dr. Faid Gul, Professor at National University of Modern Languages (NUML), served as the external evaluator for the defense.
Attique Ur Rahman was enrolled in the PhD program through the Qurtuba University and successfully completed the requirements for the award of the doctoral degree following the defense of his research work.
Members of the defense committee and faculty appreciated his research efforts and contribution to the field of human resource management and employee performance.
