Sanjrani repeats ruling on promulgation, laying of ordinances

ISLAMABAD, Nov 14 (APP):Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani on Wednesday repeated his ruling during the proceeding of the upper house of the Parliament on promulgation and laying of ordinances.
