KARACHI, Jun 03 (APP): Pakistan Meteorological Department, Wednesday, forecast mainly hot and dry weather over most districts of Sindh during the next 24 hours while very hot conditions will continue to prevail in the upper districts of the province.
According to the met office, rain and thunderstorms occurred at isolated places in north and northwestern districts of Sindh during the past 24 hours while hot and dry weather prevailed over other parts of the province.
The heaviest downpour was recorded in Moen jo Daro with 32mm while Rohri received 20, Padidan 14, Nawabshah 06, Larkana 05, Sakrand 04 and Dadu 03mm rainfall.
The highest maximum temperature was recorded in Dadu where mercury sizzled to 45 C, followed by Jacobabad, Nawabshah and Mithi with 44 C, Sukkur 43 C, Moen jo Daro 41 C, Hyderabad 40 and Karachi 37 C.
