Pakistan, Turkmenistan discuss enhancing bilateral relations
ISLAMABAD, Jun 03 (APP):Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Wednesday held a meeting with Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Atadjan Movlamov, and discussed matters of mutual interest as well as ways to further strengthen bilateral relations.
The two sides exchanged views on regional stability and explored opportunities to enhance cooperation between Pakistan and Turkmenistan in various sectors.
Dr. Tariq Fazal reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to expanding collaboration in parliamentary exchanges, trade, energy and regional connectivity initiatives.
The ambassador appreciated Pakistan’s role in promoting peace and stability in the region and expressed Turkmenistan’s interest in expanding economic and cultural ties with Pakistan.
Both sides agreed to enhance high-level contacts and strengthen parliamentary diplomacy to build a long-term partnership aimed at promoting shared prosperity and regional cooperation.
