AGPR sets June 12 deadline for submission of FY2025-26 payment claims

The AGPR has directed all Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) to ensure timely submission of cases to avoid delays in payments and financial transactions.
According to a notification issued by AGPR, all claims related to recent procurements and services rendered must be submitted by June 12, 2026.
The notification stated that all unapproved claims and bills carrying tokens issued up to June 12 would have to be resubmitted by June 15, 2026.
AGPR also notified June 19, 2026, as the last date for submission of releases pertaining to Assignment Accounts administered by AGPR Islamabad and its sub-offices.
It said that no honorarium claim would be accepted after June 12, 2026.
The notification further stated that computer-amended statements relating to off-cycle payments would be accepted only up to June 11, while processing of such statements had been scheduled up to June 16.
AGPR directed all DDOs to submit their cases within the prescribed timelines to ensure smooth processing of payments and year-end financial transactions.
The notification also warned that salary cheques relating to the current financial year would become time-barred at the close of the fiscal year.
“No replacement cheque for the current financial year shall be issued after June 30, 2026,” it added.
AGPR urged all concerned offices to strictly comply with the notified deadlines for submission of claims, bills and payment-related documents.
