Candidate caught while cheating during exam

RAWALPINDI, Jun 01 (APP): Monitoring teams of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi, along with board officials, are conducting regular visits to examination centres to ensure transparency and prevent unfair means during the ongoing Intermediate First Annual Examinations 2026.
During monitoring, a candidate was caught cheating by the inspection staff and a case was registered in accordance with examination rules, says a press release. The case has been forwarded to the discipline branch for further action.
Controller of Examinations Tanveer Asghar Awan said strict implementation of the code of conduct was being ensured and warned that violations would not be tolerated.
He urged candidates to rely on their preparation and avoid involvement in unfair practices.
