Three little girls had been rescued who were trapped in water of Sutlej river on outskirts of Bahawalpur city.

BAHAWALPUR, May 23 (APP): Three little girls had been rescued who were trapped in water of Sutlej river on outskirts of Bahawalpur city.
According to the Rescue 1122 officials, three girls were crossing through water of Sutlej river near Jhangi Wala Road, Mari Qasim Shah, where a temporary passage had formed due to shallow water.
Suddenly, the water became deep, causing all three girls to submerge, they said, adding that however, the local residents immediately rescued them from the water. All three girls were completely stable. No injuries were reported; only first aid was provided.
They were identified as Almas, Alina, and Samina who were residents of Mari Qasim Shah, Bahawalpur.
