ISLAMABAD, May 21 (APP):The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Thursday issued a power suspension programme for Friday in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, electricity supply in Rawalpindi City Circle will remain suspended from 7:00 am to 11:00 am in Shalimar City, F-17/1, F-17/2, Top City, Mumtaz City, Nogazi, Faisal Town, Gandhara City and adjoining feeders.
Meanwhile, under the GSO Circle, power supply will remain suspended from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on 132-KV Chakwal–Bhagwal–Talagang and 132-KV Kahuta City–Palandri transmission lines along with surrounding areas.
IESCO management apologizes to its esteemed customers for the power outage. If the work is completed ahead of time, the power supply can be restored even before the scheduled time.
